Location: Onsite – West Houston (Memorial Area)

Contract Length: 3 months with potential for extension

Schedule: Monday to Friday, full-time onsite

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Patient Access Representative to join our team on a 3-month contract basis, with the possibility of extension. This role is fully onsite and plays a key part in supporting front-office operations in a fast-paced medical environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule patient appointments using electronic health record (EHR) systems
  • Ensure compliance with medical necessity requirements
  • Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits
  • Accurately post patient payments and handle basic billing tasks
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and staff

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Licenses/Certifications: None required
  • Experience: Prior experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is a plus
