UBMD Pediatrics is seeking a Patient Access Representative to provide a welcoming check-in experience and ensure smooth scheduling. You will schedule appointments, collect patient and insurance information, verify coverage, and prepare charts to support daily operations.

This full-time, onsite role in Buffalo requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask with empathy. You will answer phones, process referrals, manage mail and faxes, and uphold patient

Pay range:$18-$20 per hour

Position Summary

The Patient Service Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience for patients throughout the scheduling and check-in process. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, collecting patient and insurance information, verifying coverage, preparing charts, answering phone calls, processing referrals, and managing incoming mail and faxes. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to communicate professionally while supporting daily office operations and maintaining accurate patient records.

Key Responsibilities
