Greets the public, patients, and families. Obtains and enters demographic, financial, and registration information for all patient types. Handles all customer service issues in a customer-friendly manner. Must collect required fees from patients or authorized representatives. Must be flexible to work as scheduled or needed, which may include alternate shifts, weekends, holidays, and being on call. This is an administrative role.
