Temple Health is seeking a Patient Access Representative at Jeanes Campus to ensure accurate, efficient patient registrations for hospital services.

You will verify insurance coverage, gather billing information and assist patients and families through the admissions, outpatient, radiology and emergency settings.

This full-time, day-shift role emphasizes a positive first impression and high-quality service for our diverse patient population.

Formación

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
• Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree Required
• 1 year experience in Patient Access Required
• General knowledge of insurance requirements, insurance verification, and 3rd party billing Required

Education

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required or
