Job summary

Providence Levelland is seeking an Associate Patient Access Representative to assist patients during on-site registration and arrival, collecting accurate demographic and insurance information and patient liability at the time of service.

Under the PAS manager, you will support financial clearance on scheduled accounts, provide basic customer service, greet patients professionally, and contribute to a culture of compassionate care at Covenant Health Levelland Hospital.

Qualifications

• Experience in patient access or front desk is beneficial.
• Ability to collect accurate demographic and insurance information.
