Responsibilities

• Pre-registers and maintains patient accounts; post-arrival or discharge.
• Processes copays, deductibles, and co-insurance payments.
• Scans registration forms into the EMR system and handles notices of discharges.
• Answers multi-line phones and acts as switchboard operator when needed.
• Generates estimates of procedures/services for patients.
