Responsibilities

• Assign MRNs and complete medical necessity checks.
• Verify insurance information and collect patient data.
• Explain consent forms and distribute patient education documents.
• Operate the telephone switchboard and route calls.
• Meet point-of-service goals and maintain accuracy in billing support.
