Job Summary

The registration coordinator will provide quality customer service in a timely and efficient manner. The primary responsibilities include registering patients with correct insurance and personal information, ensuring physician prescriptions are current and not expired, obtaining current copies of insurance cards, securing patient signatures, and sending copies of registration to medical records, patient access, and physician offices. Additionally, patient accounts requiring pre-certification, insurance verification, and authorization numbers must be managed promptly.
