Patient Access Regional Administrative Manager Southern Cal/Southern Nevada

Join us at Hanger, Inc. as a Patient Access Regional Administrative Manager for the Southern Cal/Southern Nevada region. This is a regional remote opportunity requiring travel within the region up to 80%. The role involves overseeing administrative operations of patient care clinics, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and high patient satisfaction. You will serve as a key liaison between revenue cycle functions, the Hanger Resource Center, and regional leadership.

Responsibilities include:

1. Managing clinic operations to meet efficiency and patient satisfaction goals.
2. Leading and supervising Area Managers and patient access staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
3. Supporting budget and financial management, including forecasting and resource allocation.
4. Ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other regulations.
5. Driving system improvements and technology adoption.
6. Building and maintaining relationships with referrals, payors, and managed markets.

Minimum qualifications:

• BA/BS in business administration, healthcare, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 7 years of healthcare operations management experience, preferably in Orthotics and Prosthetics.
• Experience in supervising staff and managing multi-site operations.
