Job summary

• Track errors to develop and conduct associate training.
• Liaise with Business Office, IT, and clinical staff; troubleshoot equipment problems.
• Communicate shift needs to the supervisor or manager.
• Provide input for associate evaluations and participate in committee work.
• May provide project management as needed.
