Responsible for the management of Patient Access Services at SGMC Health, SGMC Health Berrien, SGMC Health Lanier and SGMC Health Outpatient Plaza for the following business units: Emergency Care, Outpatient Services, Admissions, Youth Care, Pre-Admissions and Centralized Scheduling. Responsibilities include patient registrations, insurance verification, pre-certification, point of service coding, patient scheduling, and data entry. These responsibilities include the monitoring and development of policy and procedures, information systems, personnel training (enterprise wide), and the attainment of departmental goals.
