Job summary

Pafford Emergency Medical Services seeks a Hospital Patient Access professional to support registration, data collection, and timely resource utilization. You will assist with training and ensure data accuracy while addressing patient inquiries with tact and professionalism.

Required are a high school diploma and strong computer skills, plus NIMS and COAP training within 3 months. Two years of related experience preferred, TruBridge/CPI experience valued.

  • I assist in maximizing utilization of resources.
  • I provide training, orientation, and education of department staff to assist in maintaining staff competency and to meet changes of healthcare reimbursement.
  • I assist with development and maintenance of a system to ensure timely and accurate registration and data collection.
  • I respond to written and verbal inquiries or complaints from patients to ensure expedient and tactful resolutions.
  • I support senior management with other duties as required.

COAP within 3 months.Licensure:NoneExperience:A minimum of two (2) years hospital Patient Access, Business Services,or related experience. TruBridge and/or CPI experience preferred.
