As a Patient Access Liaison, you will provide logistical, non-medical educational assistance to patients, caregivers, and healthcare staff. Your role involves educating on insurance coverage, prior authorization, financial support, and maintaining relationships to support ongoing therapy compliance. You will collaborate with internal teams like Market Access, Medical Affairs, Advocacy, and Site of Care to facilitate patient access to treatments.
Minimum qualifications include a Doctorate with 2 years or a Master's with 4 years, or a Bachelor's with 6 years of relevant experience in patient services or access and reimbursement. Preferred qualifications include a scientific or clinical background, experience with rare diseases, HIPAA and FDA knowledge, and strong communication skills. Willingness to travel up to 50% is expected.
