Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Make patient appointments and reminder calls.
• Greets and registers all patients.
• Verifies demographic and insurance information and enters into patient record.
• Collects co-pays and other payments and handles daily deposits.
• Receives and relays phone messages to providers and logs them.
• Provides clerical/secretarial support: typing, mail, faxes, supplies.
