The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating patient flow, ensuring timely processing, maintaining knowledge and deployment of practices used within the department, physician practice, or hospital to address patient questions or concerns. They will maintain knowledge of insurance requirements, Baptist Health South Florida (BHSF) pricing, financial assistance options, and overall BHSF Revenue Cycle operations. The role includes supporting go-lives and departmental initiatives, onboarding and training team members, and participating in departmental committees or champion opportunities. The practice involves delivering professional, compassionate, and friendly service to patients of all ages, families, employees, physicians, and community members, embodying the Baptist Health philosophy of service excellence.
