Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year Patient Access experience, able to perform Level 1 duties independently.
• Knowledge of insurance requirements and basic billing concepts.
• HIPAA/AHCA/EMTALA knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient flow and timely processing within the department.
• Assist onboarding, training, and departmental initiatives.
• Support insurance eligibility questions and billing related inquiries.
