You will support families, collect co-pays, and provide cost estimates while coordinating with nursing and care teams. Ideal candidates will have strong customer service experience, excellent communication, and the ability to stay composed in a fast-paced setting.

For this US‑based position, the base pay range is $16.00 – $21.10 per hour. Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job‑related skills, experience and relevant education or training.
