Job summary

ENT & Allergy Specialists of Western PA is seeking a Patient Access Coordinator for a float position based in Beaver, PA, with travel to Sewickley and Seven Fields offices. This full-time role operates Monday–Friday, with options for 7:30am–4:30pm or 8:00am–5:00pm hours, and pays $18.00–$25.00 per hour.

A $1,000 retention bonus is offered to join the team. Responsibilities include EMR data entry, welcoming patients, educating them on copayments and financial obligations, processing payments,

Patient Access Coordinator - Float Position

Full-Time opportunity to join our team at ENT & Allergy Specialists of Western PA.

Primary work location is Beaver, PA, but travel is also required to Sewickley & Seven Fields offices.

Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm or 7:30am to 4:30pm

Salary range:

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Duties include:

Working in the EMR/patient data entry/welcoming patients upon arrival/educating patients on their copayments and financial obligations and collecting payments/scheduling appointments/testing/insurance authorizations and verification/assisting in ENT clinics to provide support to patients and clinicians
