PT Solutions Shawnee in Kansas is seeking a Patient Access Coordinator to greet patients, check in/out, manage payments, and schedule follow-ups, ensuring accurate records and a smooth clinic flow.

You will support front-office operations, coordinate with therapists, handle insurance processes, and maintain HIPAA compliance while delivering a positive patient experience in a fast-paced private practice.

• Assist with clinic operations, special projects, and provide coverage support as needed.

Your Responsibilities as a Patient Access Coordinator

Qualifications

• At minimum, a High School or GED diploma (Submission of diploma for the highest level of education obtained will be required).

• 1–2 years of customer service or healthcare front office experience preferred.
• Experience using EMR systems and scheduling platforms strongly preferred.
• Must meet all compliance, background check, and onboarding requirements.

Schedule

• Full Time: availability within 7am-7pm M-F

Compensation

Pay Range: $18-19/hour (Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position)
