PT Solutions Physical Therapy in Hiram, GA is seeking a Patient Access Coordinator to greet patients, manage check-in/check-out, handle payments, and support EMR documentation within a dynamic clinic team.

Training will be conducted at the Hiram clinic. Full-time position will be located closer to Paulding Hospital when it opens tentatively in December.

Your Responsibilities as a Patient Access Coordinator

Qualifications

• At minimum, a High School or GED diploma (Submission of diploma for the highest level of education obtained will be required).

• 1–2 years of customer service or healthcare front office experience preferred.
• Experience using EMR systems and scheduling platforms strongly preferred.
• Must meet all compliance, background check, and onboarding requirements.

Schedule

• Full Time: Mon-Fri (schedule varies)
• Training will be conducted at the Hiram clinic. Full-time position will be located closer to Paulding Hospital when it opens tentatively in December.

Compensation

• Pay Range: $16-$18/hour
• (Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position)
