Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy seeks a Patient Access Coordinator to be the first point of contact, greeting patients, handling check-in/check-out, payments, and documentation while ensuring a positive clinic experience.

You will support clinic operations, coordinate with care teams, manage schedules, maintain HIPAA-compliant records, and contribute to a results-driven, team-oriented environment with ongoing professional development and a strong workplace culture.

• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, insurance processes, and accurate documentation standards.
• Collaborate with therapists and internal teams to coordinate care and resolve access or scheduling issues.
• Assist with clinic operations, special projects, and provide coverage support as needed.

Your Responsibilities As a Patient Access Coordinator

Qualifications

• At minimum, a High School or GED diploma (Submission of diploma for the highest level of education obtained will be required).
• 1-2 years of customer service or healthcare front office experience preferred.
• Experience using EMR systems and scheduling platforms strongly preferred.
• Must meet all compliance, background check, and onboarding requirements.

Pay Range: $17.50-20/hour (Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position)
