Qualifications

• Customer service-related experience.
• 6 months Office experience, medical office preferred.
• 6 months Experience in Electronic Medical Records.

Responsibilities

• Receptionist and clerical duties in support of physician offices.
• Obtain patient demographics, insurance information and verification.
• Explain hospital forms and policies; collect signatures and discuss financial responsibilities.
