Qualifications

• Must have valid Montana State driver's license.
• Must pass a background check and meet program expectations.
• Evening meetings may be required for health services outreach and events.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and guests professionally.
• Verify patient demographics and insurance information.
• Register patients for care/services and perform QA checks.
• Provide registration packets and explain consent and financial policies.
• Input data into the electronic health records accurately.
• Coordinate referrals and communicate with clinical staff.
• Collect POS transactions with the finance department.
