Job summary

RIS Rx, based in Irvine, CA, seeks a Patient Success Specialist (Customer Service) to perform eligibility assessments, verify benefits, and investigate benefits for patients in therapeutic programs via web or live calls.

You will also assist with affordability programs by organizing reimbursement submissions and will need strong multitasking, prioritization, and collaboration to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in customer service/call center
• Past medical billing or pharmacy experience preferred
• Experience with multiline phone systems, Salesforce and MS Office

Responsibilities

• Perform eligibility assessments, verify benefits, and conduct benefits investigations for patients enrolling in therapeutic programs
• Support affordability programs by completing and organizing reimbursement submissions
• Multitask, prioritize, and operate in an expanded capability role to support the team and patients
