Baptist Health South Florida is seeking a Patient Access Coordinator to manage patient flow in a fast-paced environment. The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating patient flow, ensuring timely processing, maintaining knowledge of practices used within the department/physician practice/hospital to address patient questions or concerns. The role requires knowledge of insurance requirements, Baptist Health South Florida (BHSF) pricing, financial assistance options, and overall BHSF Revenue Cycle operations. The employee will practice the BHSF philosophy of service excellence by providing professional, compassionate, and friendly service to patients of all ages, families, employees, physicians, and community members.
Experience in a relevant healthcare setting or related field.
