Job summary

Piedmont Healthcare Corporate is seeking a patient access support professional in Cartersville, GA. You will assist with insurance verification, patient demographics, and financial responsibility calculations in the Patient Access Department.

Responsibilities include presenting payment options, processing patient payments, and securing consent on required forms. Prior Epic experience and healthcare revenue cycle knowledge are preferred to optimize patient financial clearance.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle OR clinical role OR related clerical accounting/finance/retail.
• 3 years Healthcare Revenue Cycle experience preferred.
• Prior Epic experience preferred.
• Certification with Healthcare Financial Management Association or Certified Revenue Cycle Representative preferred.

Responsibilities
