Doctors Medical Center of Modesto is seeking a Registration Representative in the Admitting department. The role involves pre-admitting, registering outpatients, and admitting inpatients, delivering excellent service to patients and staff, and working both independently and with supervision.

Qualifications include a high school diploma and 3 months to 1 year in an acute care admitting setting, with knowledge of medical terminology and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• 3 months to 1 year in an acute care admitting environment, urgent care or clinic, medical group, or physician’s office.
• Medical terminology. Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Register outpatients and admit inpatients into the facility.
• Provide excellent service to patients, families, physician office staff, hospital personnel and outside agencies.
• Work independently as well as with supervision and management.
