Job summary

Amazon's Pathways Program offers a structured three-year Operations Leadership Development track for MBA or Master’s graduates. You will rotate through roles from Area Manager to Senior Operations Manager, gaining exposure to fulfillment, sortation, and delivery centers across the United States.

Qualifications

3+ years of professional or military experience.
MBA or equivalent Master’s degree in progress or completed.
Ability to work flexible hours, including overnights, weekends, and holidays.
Experience leading and developing a team of direct and indirect reports.
3+ years of military experience.
MBA in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics, or related field.
Master of Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Systems, or Computer Engineering.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Systems, or Computer Engineering).
