Job summary

The United States Golf Association (USGA) invites undergrad and graduate students to join Pathways Launch, a 3+ month internship designed to cultivate future leaders in golf by placing interns with participating organizations across the industry.

Locations vary by placement (CA, CT, FL, NJ, NC, PA, TX) with compensation ranging from $15–$25 per hour plus housing and travel support. Application period Aug 17–Nov 8, 2026; in-person summit Jan 15–17, 2027; internships May/June to July/August.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program at an accredited college or university.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Interest in golf or sports is preferred; no prior golf experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in marketing, operations, finance, data analytics, and more.
• Support program coordination and participant communications.
• Contribute to events and logistics across placements.
