Job summary

Sagora Senior Living is seeking a Memory Care Director to oversee the Pathways program across our Bellarose community in Tulsa. You will lead the Memory Care department, ensure resident safety and care quality, and drive programming aligned with the Pathways philosophy.

Responsibilities include hiring and developing MC staff, coordinating daily events, communicating with families, and acting as Manager on Duty as needed.

Qualifications

  • 4-year degree in gerontological studies or recreation programs preferred.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Publisher, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Commercial Driver's License may be required where necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the Memory Care (Pathways) department.
  • Hire, train, and schedule MC caregivers to meet resident needs.
  • Plan and organize daily events and activities for residents.
  • Maintain calendars, newsletters, family events, and community outreach.
  • Serve as Manager on Duty as assigned.
  • Coordinate with families and Executive Director.

Memory Care Director (Pathways Director)The Memory Care Director manages the overall operations of the community Memory Care program in accordance with resident needs, government regulations, and Sagora Senior Living policies and procedures.
