All Court Tennis Academy is seeking a full-time Pathway Director of Player Development to lead the planning, development, delivery, and management of all pathways for red/orange/green ball players across ACTA facilities. The role includes strategic private lessons, admin work, and managing junior and adult clinics, with acting as a substitute when coaches are unavailable.
The position requires 5–7+ years of running a high-performance program, year-round outdoor work, and PTR Level 2 or
ACTA is looking for a full-time administrative role as Pathway Director of
player development leading the planning, development, delivery, and management of all
programs and initiatives on red/orange/green balls. The breakdown of responsibilities in
collaboration with ACTA's Director involves 5 to 8 hours of strategic private lessons, 8 to 10
hours of administrative work in relation to fitness, leagues, competition and coaching training,
and 25 to 30 hours of managing junior and adult clinics at all ACTA facilities. The Pathway
Director will also serve as a replacement when coaches are unable to teach.
