Job description

The Department of Pathology, Anatomy and Cell Biology is seeking candidates with training in diagnostic anatomic pathology. These positions will be based at Doylestown Hospital affiliated with the Sidney Kimmel Cancer Center network and will be part of the dynamic Jefferson Pathology practice located in Center City Philadelphia, The primary site has an active Surgical Pathology practice consisting of 12,500 cases and a wide spectrum of clinical subspecialties.

Service duties will involve participation in all aspects of Surgical Pathology, Hematopathology and Cytopathology; Clinical Pathology and Transfusion Medicine experience highly desirable. Pathologists are expected to participate in inter-and intra-departmental conferences.

Qualifications:

Applicants must have an M.D., M.D. /Ph.D., or equivalent degree and must be certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology by the American Board of Pathology.
Candidate must be able to obtain an unrestricted Pennsylvania Medical License.
