Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at Woodhull.
• Oversee anatomic and clinical pathology services, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain active clinical practice while guiding academic and training initiatives.
• Lead quality assurance, performance improvement, and patient safety efforts.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership and NYU Langone colleagues on strategy.
• Mentor faculty and administrative staff and support workforce planning.
