Responsibilities include grossing specimens, teaching residents, and ensuring adherence to HIPAA standards. The anticipated pay range for this position is between $96,000 and $120,000.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited Pathologist's Assistant program.
• ASCP certification, or eligibility for certification as a Pathologist's Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Gross routine and non-routine specimens according to protocols.
• Teach grossing fundamentals to residents.
• Provide technical assistance during intra-operative consultations.
• Triage and collect specimen samples.
• Ensure patient confidentiality following HIPAA.
