The Department of Pathology and Genomic Medicine at Sidney Kimmel Medical College, Thomas Jefferson University, is recruiting for a full-time faculty member at an open rank in the Clinical Scholar track, commensurate with training, experience, and academic record.
Position Details:
The role involves sign-out duties, resident training, medical student teaching, and participation in clinical conferences. Jefferson Pathology offers an ACGME-accredited residency program and subspecialty fellowships. Expertise in renal (medical) pathology is required; additional interest or expertise in GU oncologic pathology is highly desired.
Preference will be given to candidates experienced in diagnostic molecular pathology and with a record of academic productivity. Board certification or eligibility in Anatomic Pathology is required. The candidate must hold or be eligible for an unrestricted Pennsylvania license. The department emphasizes scholarship, and the successful candidate will be expected to participate in teaching and research activities within the college and department.
