Job Description
Jefferson Health Northeast is seeking an AP/CP board-certified Pathologist to support its growing practice at the Jefferson Northeast Hospitals, including Jefferson Torresdale, Jefferson Frankford, and Jefferson Bucks. Our services in Oncology, breast, and GI are anticipated to expand in the future. The current annual volume is approximately 9,000 surgical specimens. Pathologists are expected to participate in inter-departmental conferences. There are no autopsies or Pap smears involved in this role.
Applicants must hold an MD or DO degree and be eligible for an unrestricted Pennsylvania license. The ideal candidate should possess a broad range of surgical pathology skills, with experience in breast or GI pathology preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with departmental and clinical teams are essential.
