Job summary

Massachusetts Health & Hospital Association in Chicago is seeking an AP/CP Pathologist to join a well-established practice within a major healthcare system, performing surgical pathology, cytopathology, and frozen sections. You'll handle 20-25 cases daily in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment, participate in tumor boards, and have the option to subspecialize in breast pathology.

Position Overview:

Seeking an AP/CP Pathologist to join a well-established practice within a major healthcare system.

• Handling an average of 20-25 cases daily within a shared practice environment.
• Participating in tumor boards and collaborating with multiple specialties.
• Supporting sub-specialization in breast pathology if desired.
• Utilizing advanced technology, including ongoing digital pathology implementation.
• Contributing to a flexible schedule with light call duties (minimal on-call requirements).
• Excluding autopsy cases, which are managed separately.

Qualifications & Skills

• Board certification in AP/CP.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Interest in subspecialization, particularly breast pathology, is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary ranging from $350,000 to $365,000, with total compensation up to $450,000 based on productivity.
