Job summary

PE Community in Redding, California is seeking a full-time AP/CP pathologist. Candidates should be BC/BE in AP/CP and must hold a California medical license; fellowship training is preferred but new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Job Requirements

Workload:

• Surgicals: 25-50 cases/day (two or occasionally three times per week)
• Hospital Coverage: Frozens, IntraOp Consults, Labs & Cytologies (two to three times per week)
• Specimens include: biopsies, excision, complex resections, head and neck, GI, GU, Skin, Lung, Breast, OB/GYN, Bone Marrow, Lymph Nodes, Prostate, Bone and Soft Tissue, etc…

We have fantastic views of the mountains of Lassen National Park and Mt. Shasta and are within 10 miles of the beautiful Wiskeytown and Shasta Lakes and the Shasta Lake Dam - and the famous Sundial Bridge traverses the Sacramento River that runs right through Redding. The Redding Municipal Airport also makes travel very convenient.
