PathGroup is seeking an AP/CP Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pathologist to join a busy community-based regional medical center in Victoria, TX. This full-time, hospital-based position offers a broad case mix and strong collegial support.

The ideal candidate will bring team-focused collaboration, excellent diagnostic skills in general surgical pathology and cytopathology, and a commitment to high-quality pathology services within PathGroup’s network and multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• AP/CP board certification or eligibility.
• Texas medical license or eligibility.
• Strong diagnostic acumen and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Sign-out of general surgical pathology and cytopathology cases.
• Frozen section interpretation and intraoperative consults.
• Oversee clinical pathology functions and participate in quality assurance.
• Active engagement in tumor boards and interdisciplinary clinical discussions.
