Job summary

Cambridge Public Schools in Cambridge, Massachusetts seeks a Part-Time Club Advisor for CRLS Pathfinders to start immediately. You will meet regularly with club members, advertise meeting times and locations, and record attendance at every meeting.

You will also manage club funds, supervise activities and field trips, complete required forms, and attend advisor meetings. Contract runs Sept 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027; the flat $1,000 stipend is paid in two installments.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the subject area and experience with high school students.

Responsibilities

• Meeting regularly with club members.
• Advertising club meeting times, dates, and locations.
• Recording and keeping a log of member attendance for every club meeting.
• Managing all Club funds.
• Participating in the annual Club Day activities.
• Supervising club activities including all approved field trips and fundraising activities.
• Attending meetings of the Club Advisors.
• Completing all required Club forms.
