Job summary

Cambridge Public Schools is seeking a part-time Club Advisor for Cambridge Rindge & Latin High School in Cambridge, MA. Starting immediately, you will meet with club members, advertise meetings, track attendance, manage funds, and assist with Club Day activities and field trips.

The role requires knowledge of the subject area and experience with high school students. The contract runs September 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026, with a flat stipend of $1,000, paid in two installments after each

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements: Knowledge of the subject area and experience with high school students.

Responsibilities

• Meeting regularly with club members.
• Advertising club meeting times, dates, and locations.
• Recording and keeping a log of member attendance for EVERY club meeting.
• Managing all Club funds.
• Participating in the annual Club Day activities.
• Supervising club activities including all approved field trips and fundraising activities.
• Attending meetings of the Club Advisors.
• Completing all required Club forms.
