Job summary

Constellation Energy is seeking Initial License Trainees to become licensed Senior Reactor Operators at Clinton Nuclear Power Station in Clinton, IL. The program trains candidates to supervise licensed reactor operators and be prepared for NRC licensing.

Successful trainees will complete ILT phases, gain SRO certification, and may advance to shift supervisor roles with responsibilities in outage support, emergency response, and operations coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1.5+ years as Reactor Operator or supervisor in PWR/BWR facilities.
• SRO Instructor certification and favorable medical clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Attend ILT and on-the-job training to obtain SRO license.
• Support outage activities and emergency response as part of training.
• Supervise licensed reactor operators in the control room upon licensure.
