Prancing Horse, located in Hoffman, NC, seeks a PATH Intl. CTRI certified leader to direct our equine-assisted services.

In this role, you will develop and oversee daily program operations and deliver high-quality adaptive riding and horsemanship instruction. You will lead a dedicated team of staff and volunteers empowering individuals with disabilities, ensuring safe, compassionate care and progressive outcomes.
