Position Overview

Norton Rose Fulbright seeks a patent agent with at least two years of patent prosecution experience, particularly in 5G, Wi-Fi, wireless technologies, AI, processor and memory systems, image processing, and RF front-end. This role offers a dynamic career in a prestigious global firm, ideal for those eager to contribute significantly. Patent agents work closely with inventors, researchers, and attorneys to evaluate inventions, assess patentability, draft applications, and respond to USPTO actions. Key Requirements:

• Electrical Engineering degree (or equivalent)
• Minimum two years of patent prosecution experience
• Registered or eligible to register with the USPTO
• Strong background in wireless tech, AI, processor/memory systems, image processing, RF front-end
• Excellent academic credentials and communication skills

Additional Skills:

• Experience managing client portfolios
• Preferred experience in autonomous vehicles, robotics, NLP, wireless communications, computer vision, or related AI fields

Location: Multiple US offices available; applicants should specify their preferences.

Salary Range: In major markets (NYC, Denver, LA, SF): $140,000–$250,000 plus bonuses. Salaries vary by market.
