Ideal Candidate Profile
B.S. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science required
Prior experience in intellectual property or patent law
Familiarity with 3GPP wireless communication standards (5G/6G) is a plus, especially for experienced candidates
Exceptional writing and communication skills
Strong academic record and analytical abilities
Team-oriented mindset and an eagerness to learn and contribute
Responsibilities
Support patent prosecution and litigation efforts related to electrical and software-based inventions
Assist with patent drafting, research, and technical analysis
Collaborate with attorneys and patent agents on a wide range of client matters
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends
Compensation
Technical Advisor: $80,000 – $105,000
Patent Agent (if registered with USPTO): $99,600 – $145,800
Salary commensurate with location, experience, and qualifications
