Job description

Candidates will have between 2 to 5 years of patent prosecution experience, including application drafting. Candidates will have a degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or similar field. Ideal candidates will have experience preparing and prosecuting applications in the areas of energy, software, AI, manufacturing, or have technical training or experience in these fields.

All candidates must be registered with the USPTO and be licensed or able to become licensed with the Texas Bar.
