The candidate must have a JD from an accredited law school and a technical undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Electrical Engineering / CS degree required; graduate degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of post‑JD experience in patent prosecution and IP litigation.
• Admission to USPTO.
• Licensed to practice in CA, NY, MA or DC.

Responsibilities

• Draft and prosecute patent applications before the USPTO.
• Develop and manage IP portfolios for clients.
• Mentor junior associates.
