Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate (JD) from ABA-accredited law school.
• Experience in patent prosecution, preferably in a law firm.
• Advanced degree in computing with knowledge of AI, blockchain, cryptocurrency, or quantum computing.
• Excellent writing and communication skills; professional references.
• Demonstrated ownership of projects and ability to work independently in a team setting.
• Strong client service ethics.
• Desire to build a client portfolio through business development.
• USPTO registration and state bar admission required.

• - Experience in patent prosecution, preferably within a law firm setting
• - Advanced degree in advanced computing, with knowledge of AI, Blockchain, Cryptocurrency, and/or quantum computing
• - Excellent writing and communication skills; academic credentials; and professional references
• - Demonstrated ownership of projects and willingness to work in a team-oriented setting, but with significant independence
• - Strong client service ethics
• - Desire to build a client portfolio through business development
• - USPTO registration and state bar admission required
