Location: Atlanta, Denver, Raleigh, San Diego, San Francisco, Seattle, Silicon Valley (Menlo Park), Washington DC, Winston Salem

Kilpatrick Townsend’s Electronics & Software Patent Prosecution team seeks either a USPTO-registered Attorney or Patent Agent with a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field. The ideal candidate would have at least 1 year of industry experience in patent prosecution. Applicant must be detail-oriented and possess strong technical written and verbal skills. Proficiency in technical writing is a plus. Transcripts and writing samples will be requested. Attorney candidates with the corresponding state bar for the office location are preferred.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology across various technical fields.

Expected salary ranges are $150,000-$250,000 (attorney) and $125,000 – $195,000 (patent agent).

Office location options include: Atlanta, GA; Denver, CO; Menlo Park, CA; Raleigh, NC; San Diego, CA; San Francisco, CA; Seattle, WA; Washington, DC; Winston-Salem, NC.
