Qualifications

• Juris Doctor is required and must be in good standing with the bar.
• Licensed to practice law in jurisdictions where the firm operates; must meet CLE requirements.
• Experience in patent prosecution and patent preparation is required.
• Background in Mechanical Engineering or Physics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple patent matters from inception to issue or disposition.
• Communicate effectively with attorneys and clients to advance cases.
• Demonstrate independence and a strong interest in IP law career development.
• Produce high-quality legal work and ensure appropriate hours are billed.
